Player stats

Dwayne Haskins (4 star QB, Potomac MD) tossed two TD passes in a 38-17 loss for his team, The Bullis School, against Riverdale Baptist. He was 13-24 for 194 yards overall.

Tino Ellis (4 star WR, Hyattsville MD) and Lorenzo Harrison (3 star RB, Hyattsville MD) were both involved in DeMatha's 52-47 win over Bishop McNamara. Harrison had three touchdown runs, including one for 55 yards.

Keandre Jones (4 star LB, Olney MD) and Travon Stott (3 star CB, Olney MD) helped his Good Counsel team hold Archbishop Carroll scoreless through three quarters and get a 28-12 victory.

Commit Updates

Devin Butler (3 star QB, Upper Marlboro MD) has opened up his recruitment, per 247. Butler's 247 page is here.

Lorenzo Harrison and D.J. Turner Jr (3 star WR, Hyattsville MD) both still remain committed to Maryland. There's more on that in this article from the Washington Post.

Tino Ellis is only communicating with Maryland, he told Scout. This was pre-Edsall firing.

Read our own piece here on Dwayne Haskins and how he's working to re-affirm other players commitments as he stays committed to the Terps himself. He remains very active on Twitter supporting the Terps and saying he's committed.
