What does anyone know about a possible QB transfer from the University of Minnesota named Dexter Foreman II? I have a trusted source who got an Uber ride from this guy in DC. He apparently is transferring to Maryland, and when asked about the open QB position, said he's taking the job. His twitter feed (@TribeCalledDex) is all about the Terps.
Only other info online is recruiting info (2011/2012 two star dual threat QB out of Manvel, TX). Looks like he never got on the field for the Gophers:
