ACC/Big Ten Challenge 2014: Full television schedule announced

A lot of people will watch Maryland/Virginia for about 15 minutes.

Mitch Stringer-USA TODAY Sports

Maryland's already known its first ever ACC opponent in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge would be Virginia for quite some time now. Full scheduling details were announced Tuesday for the three-day challenge, and the Terps will host the Cavaliers at 9:15 pm on ESPN2 December 3.

There's another game going on at 9:15 that Wednesday night, but it's Georgia Tech at Northwestern so it's pretty safe to say national college basketball attention will be on the Terps that night...for about 15 minutes. At 9:30, Duke at Wisconsin tips off, and a large percentage of the television audience will go with it.
