Moore  was recruited for his football IQ and his athletic versatility. He sees himself as a guard or center but can fill in as an emergency tackle. Moore, who was Maryland's first commit from Texas in many years, made himself available to Testudo Times and you can read his interview here.

Nickname:

Let's christen him "Working Moore"

Career Highlight:

Nothing on the field, yet. But this article will always qualify as a career highlight

Dream Season:

Given some of the turmoil on Maryland's offensive line with the loss of Larry Mazyck and Moise Larose and the skill set he brings. Moore sees plenty of time on the field in his freshman season.  He moves ahead of Evan Mulrooney and challenges Michael Dunn for the left guard spot. Alternatively, his versatility proves invaluable as he spells players all along the offensive line.

2014 Prospectus:

Since he didn't enroll early, Moore isn't listed on the current depth chart but that doesn't preclude the possibility that he will make a splash when practice begins later this summer. Based on his high school film, Moore looks like a polished, disciplined player who gets off his initial blocks quickly and immediately seeks another player to level. His technique could get him on the field but, even assuming his listed size is accurate, it's reasonable to say he would benefit more from time in the weight room than on the field.
