Maryland has received one of their biggest commitments of the 2015 class, as three-star Imhotep (Pa.) wide receiver D.J. Moore committed to the Terps Wednesday night, via IMS.
Moore, a 6'0", 180 pound athlete, is rated a high three-star on the 247sports composite. He is rated as the 40th-best athlete in the nation and the eighth-best player in the state of Pennsylvania. Rivals rates him as a four-star prospect, ranking him as the 33rd-best wide receiver in the nation. He held offers from Illinois, Indiana, Pittsburgh, Rutgers and Virginia, among others.
Moore joins Davenport (Fla.) three-star prospect Jahrvis Davenport as the Terps' commitments at wide receiver, and joins Brett Zanotto as Maryland's two commitments from Pennsylvania. He is rated as Maryland's second-best commitment by the 247sports composite, trailing offensive tackle E.J. Donahue and ahead of cornerback Kareem Ali.
And DJ Moore is a home run for #Terps -- no player improved his stock more this past spring and earned his offers. #Maryland

Moore is teammates with a number of talented prospects at Imhotep, including four-star tight end Naseir Upshur and athlete Terrill Gillette -- both 2016 prospects whom have visited Maryland.
