Fordham finished last season with a record of 10-21 and final ranking of 204 out of 351 D1 teams, according to Kenpom.com.
We'd already known Maryland was participating in the CBE Hall of Fame Classic in November, joining Iowa State, Arizona State and Alabama in the event, which will also feature former head coach Gary Williams being inducted into the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame.
Maryland will also host Virginia, part of the B1G-ACC Challenge, which the Terps will be participating in for the first time as a member of their new conference.
The Terps were supposed to play Villanova as part of the Jimmy V. Classic, but have since withdrawn due to scheduling issues and will play in the event in 2016. It has also been confirmed that Maryland will not be participating in the BB&T Classic next season.
Maryland's B1G Conference schedule, their first as a member of the B1G, features:
Home: Michigan, Minnesota, Northwestern, Wisconsin
Away: Illinois, Iowa, Ohio State, Purdue
Home/Away: Indiana, Michigan State, Nebraska, Penn State, Rutgers
