Terps offensive lineman Sal Conaboy named to Rimington Trophy watch list
Congrats to Conaboy, who is not only a great center, but an outstanding person off the field.
Maryland target Allonzo Trier wins EYBL Hampton MVP | Comcast SportsNet Baltimore
"They've just been telling me that I'll be coming in right away and be an immediate impact scoring-wise and making plays for them," Trier said.
"Now, they said, Seth Allen is leaving. He would have been a senior when I was getting there. So they said now there'll no question about where I'll be coming in and playing right away and starting and making plays. So that kind of did ease it up. They said in a way it's bad but it opens up for me."
Landing Allonzo would be great for Maryland, especially in terms of local recruiting.
Matt Furstenberg cut by Ravens
Darn. Hope he lands somewhere or gets resigned by Baltimore in the future.
A B1G crowd was on hand to watch Maryland and Notre Dame advance to the Final Four. I suspect there will also be a B1G crowd in Baltimore this weekend.

The big 2014 Maryland football preview: Healthy Terps are dangerous Terps - SBNation.com
In case you missed it yesterday, here is Bill Connelly's B1G Maryland preview. If all goes well (hardly a given, because we're Maryland), he thinks the Terps could finish with 9 wins next year. This team is most definitely talented, it's just whether or not they can stay healthy and pull it all together.
