We knew Maryland's chances at favorable ACC seeding were helped with their dramatic overtime victory over Virginia Sunday afternoon, but the picture is now set.
With NC State's win over Boston College, Maryland is the eighth seed in the ACC Tournament. The Terps will play Florida State Thursday at noon in the first round, and would face Virginia again in the quarterfinal round if they were to defeat the Seminoles.
