Maryland returns to ACC play and sees a return to high quality opposition with an away tilt against #6 North Carolina. Here's your place to discuss that and more.
If you haven't already read it, (here's my lone shameless plug) here's my preview for this afternoon's game: http://www.testudotimes.com/2014/3/21/5528956/maryland-mens-lacrosse-preview-terps-look-to-move-to-claim-3rd-huge
Maryland comes into the game at 7-0, 2-0 in the ACC and ranked #1 in both the Coaches and Media Poll. The Tar Heels are 6-2, 0-2 in the ACC and ranked #7 in the Coaches Poll and #6 in the Media Poll.
This is a big game for both for different reasons. It's a chance for Maryland to pass another "checkpoint" on their season, move to 8-0, and almost definitely seal a spot in the ACC Tournament. It's a chance for North Carolina to keep hopes alive of reaching the ACC Tournament and to gain their first big conference win.
And lastly, leave some predictions.
Who wins? And why?
Who leads Maryland in goals?
How many goals are scored?
If you can't get to a TV, here's your stop to discuss the game. If you can and just feel like stopping by, go ahead. Either way, come root on the Terps. Face-off is at 2 PM.
