Will Damian Prince signing have residual recruiting effects? (VIDEO) | Comcast SportsNet Baltimore
Daniel Martin talks on CSN about what the Prince commitment means for Maryland. Besides just being a really good football player that will play football for the Terps, he could be a draw for other local stars to stay home. We know Randy Edsall has been emphasizing that since he got here, but it really seems to have come to fruition this year. Hopefully Prince strengthens it further.
Terps’ coaches were uncertain about Damian Prince’s decision. Then they celebrated.
This story has been repeated a bunch in the last day or so, but it's still great. While many were saying Maryland had Prince wrapped up for anywhere from weeks to years, the coaching staff apparently found out when we did, on ESPNU at 10:45.
Plenty to be frustrated about with Terps, but Mark Turgeon finds hope
After a weird game in Chapel Hill, Turgeon thinks there were some positives for the basketball team. They did play the Heels to a tie after the opening 12-0 run, which is something. The schedule doesn't let up at all with games against FSU, UVa and Duke coming up.

Lakers vs. Cavaliers was the most bizarre game of the season - SBNation.com
So many weird thing happened in this one, with one big Terps connection. Steve Blake messed around and got a triple-double while suffering through a ruptured eardrum.
Finally, it looks like Torrey Smith was at the women's basketball game last night. It provided us this adorable tweet/picture.
Big thanks to Maryland's own @TorreySmithWR for sitting courtside tonight. Markus & Tyler had double coverage on him pic.twitter.com/HlpcMjVZvv
