After winning 25 games in a row to open their season, the Syracuse Orange finally fell last Wednesday after a very surprising loss at home to Boston College. Three days later, the Orange suffered another defeat, this one at the hands of the Duke Blue Devils. Suddenly, a match-up that just a week ago seemed like it could bring the No. 1 team in the country to Comcast Center has taken a slightly different turn.

The 15-12 Terps will nonetheless face a big test in No. 4/5 Syracuse, but Maryland is hoping it can catch them at the right time. Not only are the Orange in the unfamiliar position of struggling, but this will be 'Cuse's third game in six days, and they have to go from playing in Durham on Saturday to playing in a sold-out Comcast Center.
