The Maryland football team (4-1, 1-0 Big Ten) hosts No. 20 Ohio State at 12 p.m. Saturday in the Terrapins' first ever Big Ten home game. ABC will televise the contest for a national audience.
The Buckeyes (3-1, 0-0 Big Ten) are coming off consecutive blowout wins over Kent State and Cincinnati behind a dominant defensive line and freshman quarterback J.T. Barrett. The Terps also have convincingly won their last two games, both on the road, against Syracuse and Indiana.
Playing before its first sellout crowd in years, Maryland will wear its red Pride 2.0 uniforms with hand-painted helmets.
We'll have updates throughout the afternoon from the press box at Byrd Stadium, featured both here on the site and on Twitter (@testudotimes and my own account) and Facebook. We'll keep this thread up to date, too, and would love for you to follow along on any of those platforms or, of course, in the comments below.
