The Maryland Terrapins travel to Madison to play the Wisconsin Badgers at Camp Randall Stadium at 12:00 p.m. ET Saturday. It is the first-ever meeting between the two schools.
The Terps are looking for their sixth straight road win (dating back to last season's OT win in Blacksburg), but none of the previous five have been in a stadium with the capacity of Camp Randall. The Badgers are coming off of a bye week and are 1-1 in conference, with a win over Illinois and a loss to Northwestern.
Last week against Iowa, Maryland's 14-point comeback was its largest since defeating NC State 38-31 after a comeback of the same margin in 2010. Against the Hawkeyes, wide receiver Stefon Diggs set season-highs in receptions (nine) and receiving yards (130), and had over 100 receiving yards for the eighth time in his career.
On defense, William Likely returned an interception for a touchdown for the second time this season, becoming the first Terp since Cameron Chism in 2011 to do so twice in one year. Diggs and Likely also lead the Big Ten in kick return and punt return average, respectively.
The Badgers are 10.5-point favorites as of Friday evening.
