The Maryland Terrapins host the Iowa Hawkeyes at Byrd Stadium at 12:00 p.m. ET Saturday. The game is Maryland's Homecoming.
The Terps are coming off of a bye week and most recently lost at home to No. 13 Ohio State 52-24. Iowa is 5-1 this season and 2-0 in Big Ten play, with wins over Purdue and Indiana.
Maryland has scored at least 24 points in every game this season, which is the first time in history that the program has scored that many points in its first six games. The Terrapins are led by Stefon Diggs, who leads the team in receptions (36) and receiving yards (450). Two weeks ago against Ohio State, Jacquille Veii caught a career-high four passes and had a career-high of 78 receiving yards.
The game captains against Iowa are Stefon Diggs (offense), Jeremiah Johnson (defense) and Brad Craddock (special teams).
Maryland is favored over the Hawkeyes by 4.5 points (as of Friday night).
