In case you missed the last installment of the series, you can catch up here.
This one feels like it's the most obvious for any player we are profiling. So without further ado, here is Logan Aronhalt's top game as a Terp.
#1 - Boston College 69, Maryland 58.
Okay, so it was in a loss. You hate to see that, but I think we can all admit that without Aronhalt, Maryland would struggle to have scored 40 points, let alone the 58 they had. As a team they shot 35.7 percent from the floor, but if you take out Aronhalt's impressive 8-for-13 night and they shot just 27.9 percent. If you take out Aronhalt's 7-for-12 performance behind the arc, the team made just 20 percent of their three's.
Basically, Aronhalt was the only reason the Terps were in the game up in Chestnut Hill.
Aronhalt finished with a season-high 26 points and seven three-pointers made. An impressive day all around, and if not for none of his other teammates reaching double-digits in points, the Terps could have pulled out a road win.
This was the game all Terps fans had been waiting for all season long from Aronhalt. He had some impressive performances earlier in the season, but had only reached double-digits in scoring three times since the UMES game. Coming off the Duke win, this was another must-win game for the Terps season, and while they couldn't pull it out, Aronhalt had his best game of the year.
He carried the team that day, and while he couldn't do it every game, and even though he lost the shootout to Olivier Hanlan, Aronhalt was nearly unstoppable. That's why this was his number one game.
