Brown was arrested in early July and charged with 2nd degree assault, theft under $1,000 and illegal use of a wiretap. He was initially being sought as a person of interest in a non-fatal shooting in Baltimore, and that status has not changed as of yet, but having no formal charges against him is good news for Brown and the Terrapins.
Brown's pre-trial hearing was scheduled for Wednesday. We will keep you updated as more news comes in.
