Maryland has released their injury report for Saturday's game against Virginia, and as expected, starting quarterback C.J. Brown is listed as doubtful with a concussion. While it appears he has not been ruled out, doubtful is certainly not a good sign for his playing chances this weekend, and it looks like the Terps could be seeing Caleb Rowe line up behind center against the Cavaliers.
The more surprising news is starting outside linebacker Matt Robinson, who is tied for the team lead in tackles, will be out with a shoulder injury. Robinson missed nearly all of 2011 with a shoulder injury, but the junior was not listed on the most recent surgery report so it does not appear to be as serious. In his place will be Alex Twine, a junior who has seen a lot of time at linebacker in his Maryland career and excelled on special teams.
Cole Farrand injured his hand in the Florida State game but is listed as probable and is expected to play. Dave Stinebaugh, Nigel King, Zeke Riser, Daniel Adams and Silvano Altamirano are also listed as probable.
