Height: 6'0"

Weight: 180

Major: Undecided

Twitter: None that we could find

Collegiate Stats: N/A

High School Stats (Senior Year): 68 carries for 537 rushing yards, 38 catches for 684 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns, three interceptions

High School: Willingboro

Hometown: Jersey City, Nj.

High School Highlights:

How'd He Get to College Park?

Culmer was born in Atlanta, but ended up moving to New Jersey, where he was a three-year starter at Willingboro as a wide receiver. He also played cornerback (as well as basketball and track).

Culmer was offered by Illinois and UMass, and committed on the destiny track to Maryland, telling Matt Bracken "I felt like I committed for a reason. [Maryland is] the college I was supposed to go to."

Also from that interview with Bracken - his favorite book is Twilight and his favorite movie is Mission Impossible.

Nickname:

Malcolm "In the Middle" Culmer. Please please please let him play slot.

Career Highlight:

Committing to Maryland.

Career Lowlight:

N/A.

Dream Season:

Seeing some playing time on offense, somehow.

Nightmare Season:

N/A, he's probably redshirting.

2012 Prospectus:

Culmer was slotted at the Z wide receiver position, behind a three-way battle between Marcus Leak, Nigel King and Tyrek Cheeseboro. It stands to reason that the two guys who lose out in the battle will be the backups, meaning there's not much of a chance for Culmer to play.

The Terps have a fair amount of depth at wide receiver in general. They have six guys who are not true freshman or walk-ons, and that doesn't even include two freshmen (Levern Jacobs and Stefon Diggs) who figure to play straight away. For the other guys, like Culmer, that likely means waiting a year before seeing time on the field.

Up Next:

Our next player was born in a country that is the only country on Earth that starts with its first letter.
