Not too much going on yesterday. This is a very slow time of the year for college athletics. But there were some things worth clipping and sharing with you all, so I hope you enjoy them.

Terps Shut Out James Madison, 3-0
A lot has been said about how well Maryland baseball has improved this year and one of the main reasons for that has been their pitching. The team's ERA is now down to 2.64 and since April 4th, it's 1.93. You're going to win a lot of game doing that.

Best and worst of the Maryland Terps beat - baltimoresun.com
Cool piece by Jeff Barker summarizing the highs and lows of covering Maryland athletics. It's a nice (and sometimes painful) trip down memory lane.

Terps Battle Tech in ACC Quarters Friday
In women's lacrosse, third-seeded Maryland will take on Va. Tech in the ACC Tourney quarter finals on Friday.
