2012 ACC Football Schedule: Highlights, Strength Of Schedule And More -
Jason Kirk from SB Nation's NCAA blog breaks down the ACC's schedule. Looks like Maryland has the 3rd hardest schedule next year. And as Patrick Stevens noted, Maryland went 0-9 against opponents they faced last year that they're facing again in 2012. Solid.

Terps Make Debut In Two National Polls
In case you haven't heard, the baseball team is doing amazing things. Erik Bakich is awesome.

The Terrapins, now 5-1 overall, check in at No. 20 in the Perfect Game USA Top 50, and No. 27 in the Collegiate Baseball News Top 30. It's the program's first appearance in the Perfect Game poll and its first inclusion since at least 1980 in the Collegiate Baseball News poll.

This is the first interview I've seen with Dodd in which he talks about Maryland. He says he expects to play as a back-to-the-basket 4 and maybe a little 3, but wherever he ends up, he's just going to try to produce. Seems like a great kid and major props for rocking the UA.

Four Terrapins Earn All-ACC Honors
Congrats to the Lady Terps who received the following All-ACC Honors: Alyssa Thomas earned First Team honors, Tianna Hawkins was named to the Second Team, while Lynetta Kizer and Laurin Mincy earned Honorable Mention Honors.

Terps handle Wolfpack - NC State -
Alyssa Thomas, who is awesome, scored 24 points as the Lady Terps beat N.C. State 65-50 on Sunday & clinched the #3 seed in the ACC Tournament. Think about that - Maryland is the #6 team in the country...and they're the third seed in the ACC Tournament. I hope the ACC returns to that level on the men's side in the near future...
