Is the James Franklin era ending in College Park? Maybe it will by Friday. Bit of a conflicting report, though, because the Tennessean is saying that they might wait for Ken Niumatalolo, and that would obviously mean that they'd have to wait past Friday. It would also mean that the Post's former report of Franklin being "one of two finalists" would probably be wrong, too, and that might mean a credibility hit. But nothing in college athletics, especially in terms of head coaches, would really surprise me. We're on Orange Alert at this point.
