Terps' Torrey Smith reflects on season to date and the unknowns of the future - D1scourse
Sounds to me like he's about to go pro, so long as he can.
"I don't know," Smith said this week. "A lot of people just assume that if you're playing OK that you can automatically make the jump. It's a process. I'll put my papers in and see what they say and just go from there. Obviously, if I get a good grade, it would be a tough situation. I will be graduating by then. I graduate before the bowl game; I'm more excited about that than anything else. I've got a situation at home. There's a bunch of different things that go into it. I'm not looking past this. I'm still preparing and practicing as if I'm going to be here forever."
Not a guarantee, but the "situation at home" thing sounds like he's leaning that way. And really, who can blame him? Get ready to meet Adrian Coxson.
Other than that, great piece on a great Terp.
