Lady Terps Win ACC Title

The Maryland Women's basketball team is good. Really good. They haven't received the love they deserve here, so I'll try to change that today.

The Terps won on Sunday by defeating Miami and as a result, clinched the program's first ACC title in 20 years.

Marissa Coleman and Kristi Toliver are two of the best players in the program's history (their numbers were retired on Friday night at Comcast). Check out some of the things these two have accomplished in their careers by clicking here.

If you get a chance, seriously watch this team in the ACC tournament or come to one of the tournament games at the Comcast Center in a few weeks. Maryland will probably be a #1 seed and they're staring to peak at the right time. Don't be surprised if they make it to the Final 4 and contend for a 2nd National Championship since 2006.

I'll have more on the team later today.
