I'll be the first to admit that this probably doesn't make any sense. I went through and, instead of basing the ballot off last week, I evaluated each team independently of where I last ranked them. Thus, the delta is ridiculously screwed up, but other than that it's good.

Last week's ballot |
Dropped Out: Clemson (#18), North Carolina (#19), Mississippi (#23), Brigham Young (#24).
- Florida regains the top spot. Alabama was just too average against Auburn while Florida was outstanding over FSU.
- Yes, TCU leaps Texas. It's done. I don't know why - I just got a hunce. TCU has dominated every single opponent, and Texas hasn't come close to it. TAMU stayed much closer to them than I expected.
- 7-18 was tough. Lots of change for a bunch of teams that didn't even play, I know, but if I did it off last week the rankings would be entirely senseless. Trust me, this is better.
- Any specific things, let me know in the comments. Please disregard the delta as much as possible.
