Cheeseboro is one of those wide receivers that does many things well and is extremely reliable and productive as both an outside and inside receiver. He has adequate size and lean build. Displays good burst off the line and very good top end speed for the position. Gets into routes quickly. He has a knack for getting deep and running by DB's that do not respect his top end speed. Is also a solid route runner both inside and out in the short and intermediate passing game. Is precise and does a nice job breaking off sharp cuts and is able to create separation at the top of the stem on option, comebacks, digs and curl routes. He shows consistent, quality hands with a willingness to go over the middle. Tucks quickly and consistently extends away from his frame to haul in passes. Has flashed the ability to make catches in traffic and when covered. While Cheeseboro makes plays and is reliable, he is not necessarily sudden or explosive in the open field. After the catch if he gets a seam he can make some things happen, but when in a short area he does not always show the change-of-direction necessary to make people miss consistently. Takes some time to gather when putting together moves in the open field. As a result, he may not make as many plays after the catch at the next level as he does here. Cheeseboro is a good prospect and you know what you are going to get from him play-to-play.
