"We as a family, if we feel extremely comfortable with a particular school, after the home visits we may make a a decision.
"We already know all the schools."

"Bruce Pearl [of] Tennessee, he works with point forwards, Bobby Huggins works with point forwards. Maryland worked with Walt Williams. Paul Hewitt, everybody's got something."
He added: "It's going to come down to what school is going to be honest about letting Tobias be a point forward. Don't be surprised if a decision may be made after the home visits."

This is very positive for a number of reasons. First, if he's deciding after in-homes, that means he won't take any OVs. That means the last school he visited was Maryland, and that can only be a good thing.
Second, it's good he realizes that Maryland has a history of the point forward with Walt Williams, and I'm kind of shocked that his Maryland basketball history is that good.
Third, if he wants to play point forward, that would allow Terrell Stoglin to play off the ball at times. I have no doubts about Stog's ability to be a lead guard, but he seems to be a combo guard at heart. He could benefit from being allowed to play off the ball at times.
