"I would like to extend my sincere apologies for the unfortunate incident that took place on the sideline on Saturday," Hansard wrote in a message addressed to Tagovailoa and Maryland. "It was truly an act of impulse, and not malice. I did not and would not intentionally try to hurt another player. I believe in the integrity and the rules of the game. My actions were not in line with the expectations we have for ourselves as a Penn State Football program. Please accept my apology for any unsportsmanlike behavior."

Dwayne Haskins takes a selfie with a few fans in the final moments of a Redskins win, but misses the last play because of it. He was wearing #7 which Joe Theismann had given him permission to wear, but whom may have regretted it later. Joe tweets his displeasure citing a lack of professionalism. James Franklin accused of pressuring team doctor to clear injured players.

Dr. Scott A. Lynch accused Franklin in a lawsuit filed in Pennsylvania, saying the coach tried to "influence his decisions" on whether a player was ready to play again after suffering an injury, Penn Live reported Monday, citing the suit.
