Their list is 75 players long and pretty interesting. For instance, at #67 is Bobby Joe Hill of Texas Western. I always remember how Gary talked about "sneaking in" to Cole to see that game.
presumably someone referred to this but it is so good and so poignant for Terp fans my age that I want to post it instead of just assuming everyone has seen it. Until Bias died, this was the saddest story and darkest period of Terp basketball. A team with so much promise and so much dysfunction. This story references the Mackin DeMatha game but the game I remember was not Jojo vs Hawkeye but Tracy Jackson vs Hawkeye as they played on each other much more. I also remember Harry Rest so well. Never got a referee's vote for Miss Congeniality but one of the funniest men I have met. Long read but great piece not just on Jojo but what DC basketball was like in mid 70s.
