Out of Clear Spring, Maryland, Fisher was the team's only defensive end commit. Fisher cites "staff changes" as the reason for his decommitment. Former Maryland defensive line coach Chad Wilt had recruited him, but a report says Wilt isn't returning to the team. DJ Durkin hired Mike London as Maryland's new associate head coach and defensive line coach last month. Fisher is the No. 92 strong-side defensive end in the country, and the No. 47 player in Maryland, according to 247 Sports Composite.
