Stanford loss drops Maryland 10 spots in F/+

Also notable is the drop in defense, from 59th to 66th. That makes it two straight years the defense has gotten worse (50th in 2012 to 64th in 2013 to 66th this year), which should raise some eyebrows heading into next season. It was disappointing 2014 for Brian Stewart's unit, especially considering the number of seniors they had in the two-deep. Maryland has to replace a lot on that side of the ball heading into 2015, and he'll have to do a heck of a job to avoid making it three straight.

Maryland's overall F/+ ranking has improved for the third straight year, however. The Terps ranked 92nd in 2011, 86th in 2012, 63rd in 2013 and 54th this season.
