The Maryland Terrapins head to Tampa to take on the South Florida Bulls in Week 2. It will be the team's first road game of the season.
The Terps opened up the season with a 52-7 win over James Madison last week. It was the most points scored by a Maryland team since a 62-14 win over Wake Forest in 2010, and the highest scoring output of the Randy Edsall era.
Maryland will try to go 2-0 for the third straight season. The Terps and USF have never faced each other before, but Maryland has an 18-5 all-time record against the current teams in the AAC.
Wide receiver Stefon Diggs enters the game seven receptions shy of 100, a number that only 12 receivers in school history have reached.
The captains against South Florida will be running back Albert Reid (offense), linebacker Matt Robinson (defense), and defensive back Sean Davis (special teams).
