Based on our recruiting efforts, not much is clear about what Turge considers our areas of need for the 2015 class.
What is clear is that we need someone to back-up Melo Trimble for the next few years. While we missed on Kevin Dorsey, we're still in the hunt for Justin Robinson, Malik Ellison, Noah Blackwell and Tyrone Taylor. (feel free to debate who - and why - we should focus on any specific player at that spot).
Aside from that, though, what are the positions of need with the 2015 class? We have Dion Wiley, a four-star shooting guard, who - theoretically - could be backed-up by fellow freshman Jared Nickens. Nickens - a sophomore in 2015 - would also back-up Jake Layman (a senior in 2015) at SF. Robert Carter (junior) and Michal Cekovsky (sophomore) appear destined to be sharing time at the 4, with sophomore Trayvon Reed and junior Damonte Dodd at the 5.
One could make an argument that we need someone at each of the remaining four positions, but assuming we recruit just three players, what are the areas of greatest need? Considering we're recruiting highly-ranked players at all positions, where should our priorities lie? And, are there any positions at which we're pretty well set?
