This would make the Terps, NC State, and VA 10 - 8. Terps would have beaten NC St, split with VA, and FL St would be 9-9. That's a fourth place tie with VA! I have no idea what the tie breaker is... did VA beat NC St? How did they fare v. UNC?
FL St could very well beat NC St and VA on their floor.... that's a nice season closing schedule for them.
Wake winning on the road is long... but there is state rivalry there. Why not?
When was the last time a 10 - 8 before the conference tournament ACC team wasn't in the tournament? Please don't tell me all of Greenberg's last 4 teams or something brutal like that.
I don't know guys... I've got this feeling that the numbers don't lie and we had a tough ACC schedule this year and down the stretch our conference place could look very good if we win the next two given the other games being played.
I'd love to know what you all think about this, other than gotta win the next two...
