After UNC received a verbal from Justin Jackson for the 2014 class today I started thinking.

Maybe this is a great time for our Terps to be busting out of the ACC. It seems to me that on paper that with Cuse and Pitt coming in we might be like 6th best in the league on an annual basis if not lower. That is even with what I think is a better recruiting job being done by our current staff. You have Puke, UNC,NCST recruiting better anyway,Cuse, Pitt and maybe even VA and one of the Florida schools flip flop them from year to year and you see my point? Jackson is going to join Joel Berry at UNC for 2014 and they both are tying to bring the Vaughn kid with them that we are supposed to be involved with. Trust me I am not one to run from a fight but maybe running north to the B1G is not such a bad idea after all. I can see Indiana, Ohio St and MichST being the only schools in my mind that year over year may out recruit Turgeon and company. I don't think Mich can keep up what they have been doing lately and Wis and Minn don't scare me on a regular basis, that is the way Pitt and of course Cuse has the last ten years or so. I think we can hang with IU, OST and MichST. Anyone else have any thoughts on what I think?
