Hey Testudons, just want to offer a little info about the game tomorrow. Seemingly just a few days ago this would have looked like a cupcake game. But then we lost to BC and GT on the road. In the mean time Wake handed Miami their only loss in ACC play in embarrassing fashion. Coupled with Maryland's regression this is enough to be concerned about.

But there's more. Growing up a Wake fan (from W-S, parents alums yada yada) we didn't have a lot to celebrate. But as a kid I witnessed the greatness of Tim Duncan and Randolph Childress and then the fun of Josh Howard and finally CP3. The few gems to come through LJVM Coliseum are worshiped. Tomorrow Chris Paul will have his jersey retired at halftime. Chris is a Winston native and is adored by that town (he keeps a house there and is active in the community). I didn't go to school with him but my wife did. If you know anything about W-S most of the people that grow up there never leave (we were lucky).

This is a long winded way of saying tomorrow will be a packed house of Wake and CP3 fans cheering on a Wake team that at least at home is more dangerous than Maryland is in Comcast. This game may be more difficult than UNC next week.Of course Wake has the handicap of the worst coach in the conference so the winner tomorrow may simply be which young team shows up.

Anyway, I'll be there tomorrow with the Wake parents and rebellious Hokie in-laws. If anyone else is going to be there and wants to organize a meetup let's chat.
