I wonder what, if anything, they intend to do when that doesn't happen. Will they suspend the game or ask the students to leave? Can they even do anything about it?
On a seperate note once the Terps and Rutgers join in 2014 the Big Ten wants to move to a 9 or 10 game confrence schedule, mostly so that kids don't have to go their whole career without playing any of the other schools. If you keep the WVU game that only gives you 1 or 2 others to play around with, might make for an interesting non-confrence schedule.
