It's Popa's Shoes here once again from State of the U with our latest power rankings. We have Maryland ranked 6th because the talent is there. It just seems as if there aren't all the pieces yet, most glaring a top flight point guard. I agreed with a lot of what you wrote in your Duke post game and I think Turgeon's eye for talent and ability to recruit is what is going to turn around Maryland. It is just going to take some time.
