Grading the Faust-at-PG Experiment

After two straight disappointing in-conference losses, Mark Turgeon decided to start Nick Faust at point guard against NC State Wednesday night - the result was a thrilling, 51-50, win over the 14th-ranked Wolfpack - in a move applauded by many on this board.

How much that change affected the outcome of the game is open for debate, but let's look at Nick's numbers. (Keep in mind, these numbers are presented in the vacuum that is this one important win). Nick finished with six points, tied Dez Wells to lead the team in assists with three, and turned the ball over once in 31 minutes. Somewhat surprisingly, he also led the team with seven rebounds (all defensive).

Trying to separate his performance from the fact that we got a huge win in the process, what grade would give Nick in this experiment?
