How is this possible?

Forbes ranked the conferences on estimated annual revenue. It's no surprise that the Big10 was 1st (most of which comes from tv).

But shockingly the ACC came in second, AHEAD OF THE SEC???

How is that possible? I thought the ACC got a terrible deal, which is what led directly to UMCP leaving the conference!?!

Anyway, here is the breakdown: (#'s are Millions)

B10: 310$ (250 from tv)

P12: 303$

ACC: 293$

SEC: 270$ (*They will be renegotiating TV contract soon)

This is shocking to me and quite confusing ... I'm not surprised B10 is first with the tv network (clearly why we are going there). But how did the SEC not come in second iwth there massive stadiums, national lust over their football teams, and all the bowl games they make?!?

Also, this confused me on the financial rewards front.... If the B10 only makes ~20Mil more then ACC, divided by all the teams in both conferences, thats not even 2 million extra per school... so how are we supposed to make an extra 100$ million over the next 5 years?
