Well there have been two weeks of college football and the upsets continue and the Terps are 2-0. First, the biggest news is Arkansas dropping in OT to UL Monroe. The Hogs lost Wilson their starting QB at half and was obviously affected, but I will not give any sympathy due to CJB loss for the Terps. The point that needs to be made is losing your signal caller is the hardest thing for an offense to bounce back from and the Hogs were up by three TD's when Wilson left. Other upsets were #13 Wisconsin, #16 Nebraska and #18 OK State. Tough week for Big 10 on the road and PSU can't hit a kick to win the game. Oh well PSU, you know what they say about Karma. Now to the most important part of the post the Terps move to 2-0. Not to get into to much analysis, which you can do on the recap, but the Terps looked significantly better on O. Still need to protect the ball 8 turnovers in two games is a pace that a young team can not continue. What does this mean for Week 3? I think this win in week 2 and the improvement showed has a huge impact not just for confidence on the team, but for the fans which equals money. The Terps should have a significant crowd Saturday. This helps the Athletic Deptartment especially with the financial issues. Let's show our pride and come out strong in numbers. Not to mention Edsall has his old team coming in UConn. There are a lot of positives to build off of for fans. What are your thoughts about the Terps after Week 2? Also would you be attending or caring about the game Saturday if the Terps would have blown the Temple game?
