And so it begins, the second year of the Edsall era. I'm excited and I'm much more optimistic than I was just a few months ago. I'm thinking a 6-7 win season is definitely achievable.

Maryland football media day notes -

So it appears at least some, but maybe not all jerseys, will have the names returning to the back this season.

"Maryland says it will have players' names on the backs of at least some of its jerseys. That represents a change from last season. The school displayed red and white jerseys today at the Gossett Football Team House. Those jerseys will include players' names. But keep in mind that the team -- which has more uniform combinations that fashion models have shoes -- may wear other jerseys that may not include individuals' names."

Terps’ Stefon Diggs shrugs off high expectations - Washington Times
"I don’t really think too much of it," Diggs said. "You can’t let that type of stuff get to your head or you’re going to act a certain way. I try not to portray myself in any sort of way. I’m just here to work hard."

Nice to hear that from Diggs.

"Maryland Will Terrell Stoglin's departure help young Terps morph into a more Turgeon-style ball-sharing team? Or will they lack offensive options?"

Hopefully Faust fills that scoring void, in addition to the new front court help. I don't think one person, per se, picks up for Stoglin, but that scoring comes from a variety of folks.
