According to Rivals' new top 250 for 2013 football, Maryland's coaching staff has assembled three talents in that top 250. Derwin Gray at 128 Yannick Ngakoue at 136 Andrew Isaacs at 224 Last year we had Diggs and Brown in Rivals' 250, the year before that, none in the 250. So while this years class doesn't have anybody of Diggs' caliber, atleast the quantity of elite recruits has increased.
