Fox Sports has posted a pretty comprehensive video of Shane's workouts at the Elite 11 competition.

I'll be interested in people's take on what they see. To my untrained, amateurish eye, he looks like what we thought he was when he committed. I nice prospect with great composure but still in need of some work with his accuracy and other technical qb skills (i.e. looking defenders' off a receiver). He also doesn't look to me like he is ready to start at Maryland from day one. Maybe by his redshirt sophomore year he'll be ready but not right off the bat. So, despite the accolades, I see Shane as a work in progress that has lots of upside but needs a fair amount of polishing before he is ready for the next level.
