His final two, each of which apparently has a 50/50 shot?
West Virginia and Maryland.
West Virginia Illustrated reports that West Virginia had been considered the leader, but after a visit to College Park, he says its a tie. He's apparently got a good relationship with WVU co-DC DeForest, and friends are pushing him towards the Mountaineers, but his unofficial visit to College Park apparently impressed him enough for him to seriously consider the Terps.
"Me visiting [Maryland] and talking to all the coaches in person, that's one thing," Opara says of why the Terps have climbed to WVU's level. "Seeing the school and all the gear and whatnot."
He apparently has "interests in business, sports management and criminology" (according to the WVI article). He was also supposed to make a visit to Morgantown recently (I think the same time he came up to see College Park) but didn't make it out there.
His decision will come on Friday. FYI, there's a bit about it on IMS on the Inside Scoop board for those who are there.
H/T to fatchris for his comment on another thread. Go Terps!
