This guy looks really good. And I love how he and his family have a real liking for the terps! Doesn't seem like we can have too many point guard prospects (or point guards for that matter). The good, true point guard types seem to be rare (even at the next level!) and Devon Hall seems to have all the tools we want. Too bad he is only a rising junior.
