Both GW and MT have stated that starting a game is nowhere near as important as finishing a game. Since subbing in and out is to be expected, name your 5 finishers + 2 for the season.

Although I sincerely believe that Padgett will start, I look at him as part of the +2 rotation for finishers (FT % will limit him if it does not improve). My finishing 5 are Pe + Faust + Layman + Len + Shaq with Seth Allen and Padge being the subs in and out. I think this gives the best line-up in terms of defense. I care less who starts (as in Padgett WILL start as he is a Senior who does not toke) but who closes out games.
