Here it is. The day that the decades-long title drought finally ends. Nearly 37 years to the day.

Loyola has been the best team for most of the year, but Maryland has extraordinary talent and has shown time and time again that they can beat anyone when they're focused (as you'd assume they'd be for a game of this magnitude).
