A couple of notables:

Morgan said that growing up, he was a fan of not only Clemson, but Maryland as well.

“They’re recruiting me hard,” Morgan said of Maryland. “That’s my hometown [school].”

It has primarily been assistant coach Bino Ranson who has been pursuing Morgan for the Terrapins.

“I’ve already known Bino [because of] like a family thing for a while,” Morgan said of his relationship with coach Ranson. “If I call him, he tells me what I need to do.”

While Ranson has been his main contact in College Park, Morgan noted that he does “keep up with coach [Mark] Turgeon a little bit” as well.
