We will play on the road @ Northwestern in the ACC/B1G challenge this year. First thoughts: that works for me. Not a cupcake game obviously, but definitely a very winnable game. It will be good to play a true road game prior to getting into conference play, unlike last season where I believe our first road game of the year was @ NC State.
Our schedule is going to be plenty hard with Kentucky and two games against Duke/UNC/FSU each, so it's not like we are in need of another marquee game. Northwestern, much like us, is losing their top (and the conference's leading scorer) in John Schurna, so the two teams will be looking to find offense from other places.
