I read in another blog that Sims didn't feel liken his playing time behind McCarron would be substantial, and that he wated to move closer to his home of Chesapeake, VA. I was kind of hoping that Maryland would interest him. ( Isn't Torrey Smith from that area??) It's not like Virginia was short on QBs either.
